The Rational Return and Era Development of Distributive Theory of Marxism

本文应用马克思主义基本原理,论证社会主义实行按生产要素分配是马克思主义分配理论的理性回归和时代发展。提出按生产要素分配是商品经济关系中分配的一般原则,按劳分配是按生产要素分配在社会主义社会的特殊表现形式;通过分析价值创造与价值分配的区别,说明社会主义市场经济中物质生产要素参与分配的必然性;分析现阶段按劳分配实践中内容与形式的矛盾及其根源,通过论述现阶段社会主义劳动的双重属性,提出解决矛盾的思路,认为按生产要素分配是对按劳分配制度的补充和完善。

This article proves, through the application of the fundamental tenets of Marxism, that it is a rational return and development with the time for socialism to carry out distribution according to the essential factors used in production. It poses that such distribution system is a general principle in the relations of commodity economy and also a special manifestation of distribution according to work in the socialist society. It demonstrates, through the analysis of differences between the creation and the distribution of value, the necessity of material factors of production to be one criterion in the distribution of socialist market economy. It analyses the contradiction between content and form in the practice of the distribution according to work in this phase and also the source of this contradiction. Through the discussion of the dual properties of socialist labour in this phase, this article puts forward resolutions to this contradiction and holds that distribution according to essential factors of production is a way to complement and perfect the system of distribution according to work.
