摘要
目的探讨老年病人血糖、血脂异常对脑梗死复发的临床意义。方法选择资料完整的我院85例脑梗死患者按血糖、血脂值正常与否分为两组。血糖、血脂值增高者为研究组(43例),正常者为对照组(42例)。对两组患者的血糖、血脂变化对脑梗死复发率,神经功能缺损程度的影响进行了回顾性分析。结果(1)脑梗死复发后两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三脂间差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)8年间脑梗死复发率研究组为60.47%,对照组为28.57%,两组间差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)脑梗死复发时及随访结束时神经功能缺损程度评分均值间差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)两组的存活率间差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血糖、血脂值增高对脑梗死复发率及神经功能缺损程度有影响,控制血糖、血脂对减少脑梗死复发率具有临床意义。
Objective To discuss the effect of abnormal blood glucose and abnormal blood fat on the recurrence of elderly cerebral infarct.Method 85 elderly patients were divided into two groups according to the level of blood glucose and blood fat. 43 patients who had abnormal blood glucose and fat were belong to study group and 42 patients who had normal blood glucose and fat were belong to the contrast group. The effect of blood glucose and fat changes on recurrence rate of elderly cerebral infarct and the degree of nervous functional defect was analyzed.Results (1) After cerebral infarct recurrence, there was significance difference between two groups in blood glucose and fat values of FBS,TG ,and TC (P<0.01). (2) Recurrence rate of cerebral infarct in the study group was 60.47%, while that was 28.57% in the contrast group in 10 years, there was significance difference between two group(sP<0.01).(3) The evaluation of cerebral infarct recurrence and following up had been evaluated, there was significant difference in the average value of nervous impairment between two groups(P<0.05).(4) There was significant difference in survival rates between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Increase of blood glucose and fat has influence on recurrence rate of elderly cerebral infarct and the degree of nervous functional defect, and control of blood glucose and fat has clinical significance in reducing recurrence rate of elderly cerebral infarct.
