ASIF治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折

摘要 目的观察运用ASIF锁骨钩钢板对TossyⅢ型的肩锁关节脱位和NeerⅡ型的肩关节活动度,进行切开复位内固定手术的临床效果。方法从2000年1月~2004年3月,运用ASIF锁骨钩钢板及同时作韧带修补技术,治疗43例急性锁骨远端骨折(NeerⅡ型)和肩锁关节脱位(TossyⅢ型)的病人。结果术后1周所有患者均能进行肩关节主动活动。术后4至6周均完全恢复肩关节活动度,患者伤口均一期愈合。随访的X线未见肩锁关节脱位,半脱位或钢板断裂和松动的表现。结论ASIF锁骨钩钢板是治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位和NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折的一种较好的手术方法。
