The treatment of proximal femoral fracture with ABO plate

目的探讨ABO解剖型钢板治疗股骨上段骨折的临床疗效。方法本组共应用ABO解剖型股骨钢板内固定治疗股骨上段骨折39例,其中粉碎性骨折17例,合并粗隆间骨折3例,合并股骨颈骨折6例。结果本组39例随访1-2年,所有病例均获骨性愈合,平均愈合时间3.5个月,钢板螺丝钉无松动、折断,髋关节功能恢复满意。结论ABO解剖型钢板治疗股骨上段骨折,手术时间短,“微创”,稳定性大,较目前应用于骨折的各种(加压)接骨板更理想。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the treatment of proximal femoral fracture with ABO plate.Methods 37 cases injuried with proximal femoral fracture treated with ABO plate. There were 17 cases with comminuted fracture and 3 cases with intratuberosity fracture and 6 cases with femoral neck fracture.Results All 39 cases had been followed for 1-2 years and all of which accquired bone healing. The average healing time was 3.5 months. The plate and screw had not loosed and ruptured. The function of hip joint recoved satisficationly.Conclusion ABO plate is more effective method than other infixation plate on treatment of proximal femoral fracture . It could shorten operative time and relieve operative trauma and and so on.
