骶尾部藏毛窦的诊治

Diagnosis and treatment of sacrococcygeal sinus

目的探讨骶尾部藏毛窦的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾分析1995～2004年收治的17例骶尾部藏毛窦病人的临床资料。结果15例病人反复发生骶尾部感染,仅4例在窦道内发现毛发。17例均经手术治疗,术后病理报告为异物性肉芽肿,随访时间l～8年,均无复发。结论骶尾部藏毛窦容易误诊,术前应行泛影葡胺窦道造影,明确手术范围,彻底手术切除是主要治疗手段。

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment Diagnosis and treatment of sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus.Methods 17 cases of sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus from 1995 to 2004 were analyzed retrospectively.Results l5 cases suffered from recurrent sacrococcygeal abscesss,All the lesions were radically resected and no recurrence was present by t-8-year follow up. Pathological diagnosis showed foreign body granuloma.Conclusion Sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus is liable to be misdialgnosed;contrast examination in sinus with meglucamine diatrizoate should be made before opration;radicall resection is the principal method to deal with sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus.
