阿维A治疗脓疱性银屑病27例临床分析

Clinical analysis of Acitretin in 27 patients with Psoriasis pustulosa

目的应用阿维A治疗脓疱性银屑病。方法对27例脓疱性银屑病患者,按照临床不同的分型(局限型和泛发型),分别给予不同剂量阿维A(依曲替酸)治疗并对病情变化、治疗效果进行分析。结果该27例脓疱性银屑病患者占同期就诊的银屑病人数的2.1%,应用阿维A治疗脓疱性银屑病,其中泛发型5例平均治疗时间为12周,局限型22例平均治疗时间为9周。所有患者皮损消退85.18%。在治疗2周左右皮肤粘膜干燥、瘙痒、脱屑等不良反应所有患者都程度不同出现。其中4例当阿维A维持剂量减至10mg/d时,皮损复发。结论阿维A治疗脓疱性银屑病有显著疗效。

Objective To study the efficacy of Acitretin in Psoriasis pustulosa.Methods According to clinical aspect ,27 cases were divided into different types. They were treated by different dose ,at the same time the change of symptom and its effect were analyzed.Results 27 cases occupied 2.1% percent of total patients with Psoriasis pustulosa during the study period.The average time of treatment is 12 weeks for abroad type and that of limitation type is 9 weeks. In all of patients,the skin lesion were restored 85.18%.Side effect may appeared at 2 weeks,such as xerodermia、pruritus and exfoliation etc. In 4 cases out of these cases , when the dosage of Acitretin decreased 10mg/d,skin lesion relapsed.Conclusion To apply Acitretin may acquire good results.
