可折断螺纹钉治疗股骨颈骨折34例

34 Cases of Treating Neck of Femur Fracture with Breakable Screws(

目的讨论和分析可折断螺纹钉治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法自2001年至2004年本院应用可折断螺纹钉治疗股骨颈骨折34例,其中,属GardenI型者8例,II型者11例,III型者10例,IV型者5例。头下型6例,经颈型16例,基底型12例。随访时间2-5年,平均3年。结果治疗优良率91.9%,1例骨不连接(2.94%),2例头坏死(5.88%),效果满意。结论这种手术方法操作简单,损伤小,术后可早期进行功能锻炼,骨不连接和头坏死发生率低。

Objective discussion,and analysis of clinical curative effect of treating neck of femur fracture.Methods From Sept.2001 to 2004,we treated 34 cases of neck of femur fracture with breakable screws,of which there were 3 cases of garden I type,11 cases of II type,10 cases of III type,5 cases of IV type,6 cases of subcapital type,16 cases of central type and 12 cases of base type.Through two to five year's correspondence with the patients,average three years.Results We found that the excellent rate is 91.9%,of which bone won't join——one cases(2.94%),thighbone necrosis 2 cases(5.88%).The result is satisfactory.Conclusion This method is easy to operate,small in surgical operation injury,and the patients can have functional training earlier after operation.And it is a small rate that the bones won' join or thighbone necrosis happens.
