腭裂术后功能训练对语音效果的护理评价

Nurse assessment on the Functional Training to the Pronunciation after the Operation of the Clept Palate

目的通过不同时期对腭裂修复术后语音效果的护理评价,分析研究患者发音程度及功能。方法对48例腭裂修补术后患者进行AST2纯音测听及声学分析仪器VS-9700语音工作站作出数字信号技术处理。结果通过语音护理训练,将元音、辅音进行转换,分析汉语通话,信号愈长、愈强,辨别发音清晰度的能力愈大,反之愈小。结论腭裂修补术解剖形态好,实施手术时间早,可使患者通过语音训练基本达到音调稳定,语音适中。

Objective His paper analyzes and studies the Patient's pronunciation and its function through the nurse assessment of the nurse prounciation after the operation of the clept palate in different stages.Methods This paper carries out Ast 2 sound tests to 48 patients after their clept palate operation and makes a digital technical treatment using vs-9700 acoustic analyzing machine pronouncing working station.Results This paper analyzes the Chinese converce through the nurse pronouncing Traning and the transferring of the vowel and consonant.The longer and stronger the signal,the stronger the patient's ability to distinguish defferent sounds.Conclusion If the dissecting shape for the clept palate repairing operation is good and if the operation time is appropriate,through training the patient's pronunciation and intonation will be stable.
