肝硬化患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术86例临床分析

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for cirrhotic patients: with a clinical analysis of 86 cases

目的总结肝硬化患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床经验。方法回顾分析肝硬化患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术86例的临床资料。结果83例在腹腔镜下完成手术,中转开腹手术3例。结论把握手术指征及加强围手术期的处理。肝硬化患者合并结石性胆囊炎者,行腹腔镜胆囊切除术是安全可行的,疗效满意。

Objective To sum up the clinical experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) in cholelithiasis complicated with liver cirrhosis. Methods The clinical data of 86 cases with LC were retrospectively analyzed . Results 83 cases were cured by LC, 3 cases were converted to open operation. Conclusions Emphasized the perioperative management and selected of the operative indications, LC is safe and offective for clolelithiasis complicated with live cirrhosis.
