三伏天穴位贴敷防治支气管哮喘的临床观察

Clinical Study on Effect of Acupoint Sticking of Xiaochuangao in Dog-Days in preventing and Treating Asthma in Remission Stage

目的观察三伏天穴位中药贴敷防治喘敷的疗效。方法77例支气管哮喘缓解期患者分为2组,即治疗组(40例,给予中药哮喘膏三伏天穴位贴敷)和对照组(37例,在缓解期不给予任何处理药),观察治疗前后临床疗效和IgE、EOS指标的变化。结果治疗组治疗后IgE,EOS与治疗前比较均有改善,差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01),且优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论中药哮喘膏三伏天穴位贴敷可显著改善患者IgE,EOS,从而减轻和控制哮喘发作。

Objective To explore the effect of acupoint sticking of Xiaochuangao(XCG) in dog-days (the hottest periods of the year)in preventing and treating asthma in remission stage.Methods 77 patients were divided into twe groups,40 patients in the XCG group were treated with XCG sticking, and in the control group was untreated.The clinical effect and indexes of humoral immur1ity(IgE)and cellular immunity(Eos)before and after treatment were observed.Results After tmatrnent in the XCG group all the im, muaeparametErsweresignificamly improved (P<0.05or P<0.01),all were better than those in the control group (P<0.05or P<0.01).Conclusions XCG Sticking in dog-days could significantly improve the immune function in patient with asthma to alleviate control the attack
