摘要
应用放射免疫法对68例小于胎龄儿(其中早产36例;足月32例)生后喂奶前及第7日空腹血中生长抑素(soma-tostatin,SS)、胃动素(motilin,MOT)、胃泌素(gastrin,Gas)浓度进行测定,并以30例足月新生儿作为对照组。结果显示,小于胎龄儿组生后喂奶前及第7日空腹血浆胃动素、胃泌素均明显低于对照组,而生长抑素浓度明显高于对照组,并且与胎龄、开始喂养时间及当日进奶等因素相关。结果提示:小于胎龄儿消化道机能适应胃肠道营养,在严密观察下应用合理的喂养方式早日开始胃肠道营养,将能促进小于胎龄儿胃肠道的发育和成熟。
The plasm a motilin and serum gastrin in 64 pretem infants were measured before enteral feedings after birth and on the seventh day of life by using radoimmunoassay 30 full-tem neonates were studied as conteols The results showed that both plasma motilin and serum gastrin levels in pretem infants before enteral feedings atter birth and on the sventh day life were significant lower then those in control group.The levels of both gastrointestinal homones in pretem infants were significant highter on the seventh day of life compared with those before enteral feedings after birth.The levels of blood motilin and gastrin in pretem infants correlated gestation age,the time of first feeding,and the volume of milk on the seventh day oflife.The results suggest and the gastrointestinal functions of pretem infants are adaptable to enteral nutrition and rational enteral feeding can alsopromote the maturation and developation of the gastrointestinal function of pretem infants.
