利凡诺与米索前列醇联合用于中期妊娠引产的临床研究

Clinical study of Rivanol in combination with Misoprostol for termination of mid-trimester of pregnancy

目的探讨利凡诺与米索前列醇联合用于中期妊娠引产的临床效果。方法选择110例中期妊娠妇女随机分研究组及对照组。研究组经腹羊膜腔注入利凡诺100㎎,同时阴道置米索前列醇0.2㎎。对照组单用利凡诺100㎎。结果研究组与对照组引产成功时间、腹痛、宫颈撕裂及副作用的比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论利凡诺100㎎配伍米索前列醇联合引产,可用于中期妊娠引产。

Objective To study the efficacy of rivanol in combination with misoprostol for termination of midtrimester of pregnancy.Methods Randomized comparative study in 110 women of midtrimester of pregnancy.women were randomly divided into study group and control group.In study group 100㎎rivanol was injected by abdominal intra-amniotic route,while 0.2mg misoprostol was administered vaginally.But in the control group 100mg rivanol only used only.Results the results showed that there were significant difference between study group and control group from the successful time,the abdominal pain,the laceration of cervix as well as the side effects.Conclusions Rivanol 100mg in combination with misoprostol is an optimal for termination of mid-trimester of pregnancy.
