阿米替林治疗肠易激综合征75例疗效观察

Observation from the 75 cases on the effects of Amitriply line Hydrochloride in the trearment of irritable bowel syndrome

目的观察阿米替林对肠易激综合征(irritablebowelsyndrome,IBS)的疗效及耐受性。方法对确诊的141例患者进行分组,75例列为治疗组,66例作为对照组,治疗组服用阿米替林75mg/d,连续8周,8周后对疗效进行比较,并对症状改善时间亦进行对比。结果治疗组显效42例,有效18例,无效15例,总有效率80%,对照组显效23例,有效10例,无效33例,二者比较显效、有效、总有效率有显著性意义;症状改善时间,亦有显著性意义。结论对肠易激综合征采用阿米替林治疗是安全有效的。

Objective To investigate the effects and toleranle of Amiteiplyline Hydrochloride on irritable bowel syndrome. Methods The 141 patients are divided into two groups, 75 of whom were in treatment group, 66 of whom were in normal group. The comparisons of the effects and the time of symptom improvement were made after the treatrnent group using 75mg/d for 8 weeks. Results Among the treatment group 42 patients were cured and were effective on 18patients, not effectine on 15 cases. The effective rate was 80%. The effective rate and the time of improvoment both were significant. Conclusions Amitriplyline Hydrochloride on irritable bowel syndroml was effective.
