精神药物所致癫痫发作的临床观察及护理对策

Clinical observation and nursing measures of psychotropic drug-induced epileptic episode

目的探讨精神药物所致癫痫发作的临床特点及护理对策。方法回顾性调查了13602例住院病人,选取既往体健、精神药物治疗前无癫痫发作史、脑电图正常者进行分析。结果精神药物引起癫痫者占1.99‰,抗精神病药物、抗抑郁药、锂盐均可引起癫痫发作,88.89%在治疗1月内发作,骤增、骤减药物均可诱发癫痫发作。癫痫发作后,经相应处理,均可满意控制,并提出了相应的护理对策。结论精神药物可以引起癫痫发作,如处理得当,采取相应的护理措施,发作均可满意控制。

Objective To explore Clinical features and nursing of psychotropic drug-induced epileptic episode.Methods A total of 13602 healthy inpatients without epileptic episode history and abnormal electroencephalogram were analysed.Results The rate of psychotropic drug-induced epileptic episode was 1.99‰,it can be caused by antipsychotics,antidepressants and lithium. 88.89% was in the 1month after treatment. Increase or decrease dose swiftly was risk factor.finally, the nursing measures were put forward.Conclusion Psychotropic drugs can induce epileptic episode.
