睫状体剥离硅胶条置入联合玻璃体抽吸前房注气治疗难治性青光眼

Use vitreous aspiration and insert silicone band combined with cyclodialysis and intracameral air injection in the treatment of refractory glaucoma

目的探讨难治性青光眼的手术治疗方法及其临床效果.方法采用睫状体剥离硅胶条置入术联合玻璃体抽吸、前房注气治疗13例难治性青光眼进行总结.结果13例全部取得控制眼压的效果,不需药物治疗.随访1～12年,眼压均控制在21mmHg以下.结论本术式的降眼压途经不同于滤过性手术,用于治疗难治性青光眼是一种较好的手术方法.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of operative therapeutic method of refractory glaucoma.Methods Use cyclodialysis and insert of silicone band combined with vitreous aspiration and intracameral air injection in the treatment of refractory glaucoma,a total of 13 cases were summarized.Results 13 cases all had good effect in control of eye pressure and not necessary in drug use . follow up 1-12 years. eye pressure all control under 21mmHg.Conclusion The way of decrease pressure in this method different to other infiltration operation.it is a comparative good method in the therapy of refractory glaucoma.
