纳米银凝胶联合纤维蛋白胶治疗肛瘘的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Treatment Anal Fistula With Nanometer Silver Gel Combining Fibrin Glue

目的观察纳米银凝胶联合纤维蛋白胶治疗肛瘘的效果。方法将84例各类型肛瘘患者随机分为2组,治疗组42例,用纳米银凝胶联合纤维蛋白胶进行治疗;对照组42例,采用切开或切开挂线法手术治疗。结果治疗组在疼痛时间、治愈时间、肛门畸形明显优于对照组(均为P<0.01),肛瘘治愈率为95%。结论用纳米银凝胶联合纤维蛋白胶治疗肛瘘,具有微创、减轻痛苦、缩短疗程和保护肛门功能及外形等效果。

Objective To observe the effects of the treatment anal fistula with nanometer silver gel combining fibrin glue.Methods 84 cases every kind of anal fistula patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group has 42 cases and they were treated with nanometer silver gel combining fibrin glue. The control group has 42 cases and they were treated with operations of incision and incision-thread-drawing therapy.Results The ache time, healing time and anal deformation of treatment group obviously are superior to control group. The heal rate of anal fistula for treatment group is 95%.Conclusion It has effects of wound to be very small, reduced pain, shortened course, protected anal function and form for the treatment of anal fistula with the nanometer silver gel combining fibrin glue.
