喉部分切除声带重建的疗效观察

Surveyon the effect of partial laryngectomy and reconstruction of vocal cord

本文回顾我院1997～2004年间共行喉癌手术31例,其中喉部分切除术22例,占全部喉癌手术的71﹪,全部病例1～5年均存活,拔管率100﹪。同时介绍垂直喉部分切除术20例,术中用颈前皮瓣修复术后缺损同时行声带重建,获得满意的发音效果。提出术时应注意重建喉正常形态,并促进新声带的形成,并对扩大垂直喉部分切除和修复材料的选择等方面进行讨论。

Thirty-one patients who had laryugeal carcinomas undergone laryngeal cancer surgery in our hospital from 1997 to 2004.Twenty-two of them received partial laryngectomy,accounting for 71%total number of laryngectomy.All the patients have been followed up 1～5years and survived.The decannulation rate was 100%.Twenty patients who had undergone vertical partial laryngectomy were introduced.During their operations,the laryngeal defect was repaired with anterior cervical skin flap and the vocal cord was reconstructed in the same time and satisfactory phonation effect has been obtained.We suggest that attention should be paid to the reconstruction of normal laryngeal appearance and new vocal cord be reconstructed.Extended vertical partial laryngectomy and selection of repairing material had been discussed.
