临床病原菌的耐药性监测与抗生素的合理应用

摘要 目的对我院2003年~2004年临床分离的革兰阳性球菌和革兰阴性杆菌的耐药性分析,为临床合理应用抗生素提供科学依据。方法细菌鉴定与药敏采用MicroDanAuto-4系统。结果共送检各种临床标本8022份,培养分离出病原菌2901株,分离率为36.16%。耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)占47.8%(76/159),耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRSCN)占75.86%(176/232),产超广谱内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的大肠埃希菌占46.56%(142/305),产ESBLs的克雷伯菌占52.13%(110/211)。结论近年来,临床上可选的抗菌药物越来越多,而导致细菌耐药性逐年增长,特别是MRSA与ESBLs产生和播散严重。因此,应做到合理选用抗菌药物,提高合理用药水平。
