子宫畸形与妊娠结局的关系分析

目的研究子宫畸形对妊娠结局的影响。方法将58例先天性子宫畸形患者的资料进行回顾性分析,选择同期本院分娩而子宫正常有对比性的58例妇女作为对照组。结果子宫畸形患者流产40.2%,早产率为11.8%,胎位异常率为39.1%,剖宫产率为73.9%,围产儿病死率为10.8%。结论先天性子宫畸形患者的产科并发症高。

Objective To study the effects of malformed Uterus on Pregnancy. Methods Data relevant to 58 patient with malformed uterus who delivered in our hospital were analysed retrospectively, 58 puerperas with normal uterus delivered at the time served as control. Results In the patient group, their abortion rate was 40.2%, pretern labor rate was 11.8%, abnormal fetal presentation rate was as high as 39.1%, Cesarean section rate was 73.9%, and the perinatal-fetus mortality rate was 10.8%. Conclusions Women with congenital uterine malformation usually suffer from higher complications during pregnancy and delivery.
