中西医结合治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的临床分析

The clinical analysis of Perennial Allergic Rhinitis combined treatment of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine

目的探讨中西医结合治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法将77例常年性变应性鼻炎的病人随机分为两组,治疗组39例采用中西医结合疗法治疗,对照组38例单纯用西医治疗。结果治疗组近期疗效总有效率为94.87%,远期疗效总有效率为91.5%;对照组近期疗效总有效率为84.21%,远期疗效总有效率为76.32%。治疗组与对照组远期疗效相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),明显优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗常年性变应性鼻炎疗效好,复发率低。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the clinical analysis of perennial allergic rhinitis combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods 77 cases of perennial allergic rhinitis were divided into two groups randomly, treatment group ( 39 cases ) and control group ( 38 cases ) (conventional therapy group). Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 94.87%, 84.21% respectively in the near future. The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 91.5%, 76.32% respectively in the prostecdtive efficacy. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group compared to the control group was better significantly (P<0.05). Conclusions The therapeutic effect of the clinical analysis of perennial allergic rhinitis combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is better, and the recurrence rate is low.
