摘要
目的研究老年高血压性脑出血患者血脂成分的性别差异。方法测定34例老年男性脑出血患者和22例女性患者发病24h内的空腹血脂及脂蛋白,分析其差异。结果老年女性脑出血患者的LDL及Apo-A1明显高于男性患者。结论调整血脂对于降低老年高血压性脑出血的发生率更有意义。
Objective To explore the sexual difference of serum lipid and apoprotein in the senile patient with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Serum samples of 34 males and 22 females were measured in 24 hours after they had been admitted. Results Man's LDL and Apo-A1 levels are significantly lower than that of the woman's. Conclusions To adjust serum lipid means more to the man.
