摘要
目的评价全自动微生物分离培养系统RobobactSystem临床应用情况。方法用RobobactSystem对756份临床标本进行分离培养,针对不同培养目的选用不同种类培养基,对其阳性检出时间、阳性率及阳性细菌检出种类进行临床评价。结果756份标本分离到348株病原菌,共48种,其中细菌298株,阳性率39.4%,真菌50株,阳性率6.6%,24h内检出的阳性321株,占42.5%,48h检出的阳性27株,占3.6%,检测的标本中无污染出现,与传统接种法相比,P<0.01,具有统计学意义。结论RobobactSystem提高了培养的阳性率,缩短了阳性检出时间,检出细菌种类多,尤其是苛氧菌阳性率增加,减少了感染机会,而且操作简便,结果快速、准确,自动化标准化非介入性接种操作,并可确保操作人员的最大安全。
Objective to evaluate the value of a completely automatic processor system in microbiology. Methods A total of 756 clinical samples were detected by the Robobact System. Time to positive, the positive rate and the type of microorganisms were analyzed respectively. Results In a total of 756 cultured specimens, 348 strains were isolated, the positive rate was 46.0%.of the identified strains, 39.4% were bacteria, 6.6% were fungi, The cumulative positive rates were 42.5% within 24h, 3.6%,within 48h.There were 48 types of microorganisms recovered, the chance of contamination decreased by using the Robobact System. Conclusions the Robobact System is a modern,completely automatic processor which allows bacteriological isolation without the need to open the sample container, guaranteeing maximum safety for the operator and complete standardization of seeding. The simplicity of use and the savings in terms of time, together with the vast range of media available, make this a unique method of its kind.
