残胃癌外科诊治的探讨

目的探讨残胃癌的外科治疗。方法对我院1995年10月至2005年10月收治的40例残胃癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果首次因良性疾患行胃切除占27例,首次手术重建方式为Billroth-II式占27例。手术切除率85%,根治性手术切除率65%。5年存活率25%,2年存活率70%。结论根治性外科治疗是决定残胃癌患者预后的关键。

Objective To analyze surgical treatment of gastric remnant carcinoma.Methods From October 1995 to 2005,Clinical data of 40 patients with gastric remnant carcinoma in our hospital were studied retrospectively.Results Of the 40 patients,27 patients underwent first gastric remnant carcinoma with benign disease and 27 patients received Billroth-II operation.Removel rate was 85% and radical resection rate was 65%.The overall 5-year survival rate was 25%,but the 2-year survival rate was 65%.Conclusions Radical surgical treatment may be the key factors of prognosis for patients with gastric remnant carcinoma.
