步长脑心通胶囊联用曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

Observation on effect compound Buchang Naoxintong capsule Combined with Trimetazidine in Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的探讨步长脑心通胶囊联用曲美他嗪(TMZ)治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法不稳定型心绞痛120例,随机分为两组,治疗组(60例,步长脑心通胶囊联用曲美他嗪治疗)及对照组(60例,常规西药抗心绞痛治疗)。观察心绞痛缓解情况、心律失常发生率、心机梗死及猝死发生率、心电图心肌缺血改善情况及部分心功能指标的改善情况。结果心绞痛缓解总有效率治疗组81.3%、对照组50.0%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。心律失常发生率治疗组18.3%,对照组30.0%;急性心肌梗死及猝死发生率治疗组1.7%(1/60例),对照组5.0%(3/60例),两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组心电图心肌缺血及部分心功能指标均有所改善。结论步长脑心能胶囊联用曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心胶痛疗效优于常规西药治疗的对照组。

Objective To investigate the effect of compound Buchang naoxintong capsule combined With trimetazidine(TMZ)in treating unstable angina(UA).Methods One hundred and twenty patients with UA were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treated group and the control group Changes of arrhythmia,myocardial infarction and sudden death,myocardial ischemia in ECG and partial indexes of heart function were observed.Results The total effective rate in the treated group was 81.3%,while that in the contral group was 50.0%,comparison of the two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence rate ofarrhythmia in the two groups was l 8.3% and 30% respectively and that of acute myocardial infarction and sudden death was 1.7% and 5.0% respectively,also showed significant difference between them(P<0.05).Condition of myocardial ischemia revealed in ECG and partial indexes of heart function in the treated group were all improved to Certain extent.Conclusions BuchangNaoxintong Capsule combined With TMZ is superior in treating UA.
