疏血通与凯时联合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床观察

A clinical study on the effect of Shuxue Tong and Lipo PGE_1 in chronic renal failure patients

目的观察疏血通与凯时联合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法98名CRF氮质血症期患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。在常规治疗基础上,治疗组采用疏血通及凯时联合治疗,而对照组仅予常规治疗,治疗前后检测24小时尿蛋白的定量(UP)、血肌酐(Scr)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、血脂(CH、TG)及血液流变学参数。结果疗程结束后治疗组UP、Scr、CH、TG均较治疗前显著降低。Ccr显著升高,血液流变学参数亦较治疗前显著改善,而对照组治疗前后各观测指标无显著统计学差异。且治疗组治疗中无发生严重不良反应。结论对于CRF氮质血症期患者,在常规治疗基础上,应用疏血通与凯时联合治疗是一种安全有效的治疗手段,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effects of Shuxue Tong and Lipo PGE1 in chronic renal failure patients.Methods 98 patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into treatment group and contral group.Patients in treatment group were treated with Shuxue Tong and lipo PGE1 injection,while in control group with routine therapy.UP?Scr?Ccr?CH?TG and hemorheology were measured.Results After treatment all parameters were inproved in treatment groups,and there were no significant difference in control groups.There were no severe side reactions in treated groups.Conclusions Shuxue Tong and Lipo PGE1 injection,with its satefy and reliability,has been proved clinical benefits for chronic renal failure patients in meliorate prognosis.
