颞肌骨膜修复义眼台术后暴露的体会

The treatment of exposed hydroxyapatite implants with temple and retroauricular myoperiosteal graft

目的探讨羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术后暴露的治疗方法。方法对羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术后暴露患者21例,应用带颞肌骨膜覆盖的方法进行处理。颞肌骨膜9例取耳后颞肌骨膜,12例取颞部带颞肌骨膜。结果21例患者18例一次成功,3例经过二次修复成功。应用耳后肌骨膜瓣患者有5例耳后皮肤感觉麻木,有3例半年后缓解。结论带颞肌骨膜抗感染能力强,韧性好,对创面要求低,易于成活,且取材方便,是一种较好的材料。

Objective To study a new method to cure the exposure of orbital implants. Methods A piece of myoperiosteal graft was carefully harvested from the temple or retroauricular.9 cases harvested from the retroauricular and 12 cases from the tmple.it was patched to the debrided hydroxyapatite exposure area with the fascia surface facing outward.21cases are treated in this way.Results 18 cases is successfully treated with single graft surgery. 3 cases with second time surgery.5 cases with the complication of the numbness of retroauricular,and 3 cases have relief after 6 months. Conclusions This technique offers an encouraging alternative for the management of exposed hydroxyapatite implants.
