血浆置换结合血液透析抢救鱼胆中毒并严重肝损伤8例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血浆置换结合血液透析在合并有严重肝功能损害、急性肾功能衰竭的鱼胆中毒中的临床应用。方法采用离心式血浆置换结合血液透析,对8例急性鱼胆中毒患者除常规对症治疗外,于入院48h内行1~2次血浆置换,然后行血液透析2~3次/周,检测血浆置换及透析前后肝、肾功能及血电解质情况,观察病情恢复情况。结果黄疸于入院2~3天后渐退,平均住院23天,7例治愈,1例因经济原因病情稳定后自动出院。结论血浆置换结合血液透析,对合并有严重肝功能损害,急性肾功能衰竭的鱼胆中毒患者,能迅速、有效地清除血中内、外源性毒素,缩短昏迷清醒时间,取得满意疗效。
