降脂活血片治疗脂肪肝130例临床观察

目的降脂活血片治疗脂肪肝疗效探讨。方法将130例脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组66例予降脂活血片加降脂宁片及护肝片口服,对照组64例给予降脂宁片及护肝片口服,2月为1疗程进行对照观察。结果治疗组总有效率93.94%,对照组总有效率68.75%,P<0.01,显著高于对照组。结论降脂活血片治疗脂肪肝有很好的疗效。

Objective To research the healing effect of the fat-lowering and blood-activating drug. Methods To divide at random 130 patients into two group, treating group of 66 cases are given fat-lowering and blood-activating drug, plus nafenopin and liver-protecting tablet while contrasting group of 64 cases are given only nafenopin and liver-protecting tablet. Comparative observation between these two group is done during the two-month course of treatment. Results The total efficiency of treating group is 93.94%, obviously higher than the total efficiency of contrasting group with 68.75%, P<0.01. Conclusions The healing efficiency of fat-lowering and blood-activating drug has promising future in treating fatty liver.
