目的探讨甲状腺机能亢进最佳的手术切除量及计算方法。方法采用一侧腺叶切除,另一叶作部分切除,总切除量约为80%。结果此术式按甲状腺体积大小比例切除,实现了切除计算数量化。客观准确,方便实用。结论经288例临床实践与观察,取得了满意的效果。。

Objective To evaluate the best volume of resection for hyperthyreosis and calculation. Methods To resect a total of one lobe,and a part in another lobe ,the total volume of resection were 80%.Results This way can realize quantity of resection ,The method was simple and accurate. Conclusions There are satisfactory effect by 288 case clinic observation,This way is simple to master and calculate.
