摘要 目的研究颅脑损伤后不同阶段脑脊液(CSF)和血清中白细胞介素(IL)-13的动态变化,探讨IL-13的水平与脑损伤病情发展的关系。方法采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)和酶标仪测定60例患者和10例正常(志愿)者在第1、3、7、14天时脑脊液和血清中IL-13的含量变化,用统计学方法分析其数据。结果重型颅脑损伤组中IL-13的含量组明显高于轻中型颅脑损伤组,而重型中脑脊液IL-13的含量明显高于其血清中的含量,且都高于正常对照组。在各组患者脑脊液和血清中IL-13的含量在伤后2周内达到高峰,2周后显著下降。结论急性颅脑损伤后脑脊液和血清中早期IL-13的水平与颅脑损伤的严重程度密切相关,后期IL-13的升高可能参与了颅脑损伤的继发性损伤或神经修复过程。 Objective To research the development and changes of the Interleukins(IL)-13 in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and serum after the brain injury and probe into the relationship between the level of IL-13 and the brain injury patient's condition and development.Methods 60 cases suffering the brain injury and 10 involeets (control group)were measured IL-3 in cere brospinal fluid and serum in 1th day,3rd day,7th day,14th day.The datn were analysed by statistic methods.Results the level of IL-13 in the heave-duty skull brain injury group was much higher than the light middle-sized skull brain injury group,but the level of IL-13 of CSF was more higher than that in the serum in the heave-duty skull brain injury.And both of them were much higher than that of control group.IL-13 were living in different series of sufferer cerebrospinal fluid and the serum.The content was living that the injury afterwards attained peak time difference inner place two weeks,after two weeks the circuit remarkbly.Conclusion The level of IL-13 in cerebrospinal fluid and the serum in early phase have close relationship with the grave degree of skull brain injury after the skull brain being injured.the later stage IL-13 had probably taken part in the succedent injuny of the skull brain or a nerve restoration process.
