摘要
目的:研究TBQ注射剂的抗结核作用。方法:在体外抑菌实验基础上,通过三种不同的给药方案,观察TBQ注射剂对结核病模型小鼠ST50及脏器结核病变面积的影响。结果:TBQ注射剂能在一定程度上降低结核病模型小鼠的脏器结核病变面积,延长其ST50。结论:TBQ注射剂在体内外均具有一定的抗痨抑菌作用,进一步深入研究可望将TBQ开发成为新型抗结核中药制剂。
Objective:To study the antituberculosis effects of TBQ injection.Methods:Base on external bacteriostasis experiment, antituberculosis effects of TBQ injection were observed on ST50 and tubercular area of viscera of tubercular rat model by three different taking medicine scheme.Results:TBQ injection was able to reduce tubercular area of viscera and prolong ST50 of tubercular rat model.Conclusion:TBQ injection has internal and external definite antituberculosis effects, and was hoped to be developed into a new kind of antituberculosis Chinese traditional medicine by farther study.
