摘要
利用两相厌氧工艺对啤酒废水进行处理,讨论了各种指标之间的关系:水力停留时间与CODCr去除率的关系:回流比与COD去除率的关系:pH、有机酸(VFAs)、NH3的关系:pH值与TTC-比脱氢酶活性关系。实验证明在温度为24±1℃时,HRT为8.00h,进水COD质量浓度为500mg/L左右。COD去除率可达71.2%。
Two-phase anaerobic process was used for the treatment of beer wastewater,and the relationship of every indicators,including HRT and COD_(Cr) removal rate,recycling rate and COD_(Cr) removal rate,pH,VFAs and NH_3,pH and specific TTC-DHA,were studied.The experimental results showed that COD_(Cr) removal rate was up to 71.2% when temperature was 24±1℃,and HRT was 8h,and influent COD_(Cr) was 500 mg/L.
