解决我国失地农民社会保障问题的思考

Thought on solving peasant's social security problem of lost territory in China

阐述改革开放以来,随着我国城市化和工业化步伐的明显加快,城市地域和规模不断加大,大量农用土地因政府建设用地和商业用地而被征用,失地农民的数量和相应的社会问题日益增加。如何有效地解决我国失地农民的社会保障问题,就此方面做了探讨。

Since reform and opening-up,with the obvious quickening of the urbanization of our country and industrialized paces,the city region and scale are strengthening constantly,and a large number of agricultural lands are being taken over for the use of government's construction land and commerce area.The scale of quantity of peasants of lost territory increases day by day,the corresponding social concern increases too.This paper expounds on how to solve social security problem of peasant effectively and further to give government department reference when it drafts relevant policies and regulations.
