摘要
本文对教师专业技术职务聘任改革中存在的问题进行了剖析、对吉林省的职务评聘经验进行了总结,并提出了深化教师专业技术职务聘任改革的对策建议。
The article analyzes the problems during Reformation of teacher's professional technical and duties engaging,and summarizes the experience of it,and gives some countermeasures to it.
