中国旅游业快速发展,诚信旅游成为当务之急。在旅游诚信体系建设中,导游诚信建设与导游管理至关重要。本文对导游诚信缺失的原因进行了深入分析,对旅游诚信体系的建立和导游员管理提出了主张与见解。

With the fast development of Chinese tourism,being honest and sincere while conducting tour activities becomes urgent.In doing this,the build - up of tour guides’ honesty and sincerity and the management is quite important.This article analyzes the reasons of the deficiency of honesty and sincerity and puts forward some practical suggestions.
