高职“岗位主导式”人才培养模式的研究与实践

构建科学的、独具特色的人才培养模式对提高高等职业教育质量至关重要。几年来,我院以旅游管理专业为主的一批专业,通过积极的探索与实践,构建了独具特色的“岗位主导式”人才培养模式。本文以旅游管理专业为例,对“岗位主导式”人才培养模式的基本内涵、基本特点、构建依据基本框架及组织运行等进行了系统地阐述。

The construction of scientific and characteristic talent training mode is the key factor in improving the quality of higher professional education. In recent years, Our college has already structured a characteristic talent training mode-----″post leading pattern″ and now, it has achieved notable success. This Article takes the tour management major as an example to illustrate the connotation , feature, the theory basis, the basic frame and specific measures of that talent-training pattern.
