Discussion on the Flexibility Management of the Opening Education

柔性管理以人为中心的理念与开放教育所倡导的以学员为中心的服务理念是相辅相成的。本文对如何把柔性管理运用于开放教育的教师管理和学生管理工作之中,从而形成具有电大特色,符合电大发展的柔性管理模式进行了初步探索。

The human-centred idea in the flexibility management makes a supplement with the student-centred service idea advocated by the opening education. This article will make a preliminary probe on how to apply the flexibility management to the management of teachers and students in the opening education, hence, to form the flexibility pattern with characteristics of Radio and Television University and being suitable for the development of Radio and Television University.
