摘要
构建完善的激励机制是企业开发技术人员最大创造潜能的有效手段之一。除了常规的物质奖励之外,如何促使核心技术人员个人目标与企业目标紧密结合,营造公平的竞争环境和和谐的工环境,重视精神激励机制的作用,完善约束制度,本文从六个方面进行了分析。
Establishment of an effective incentive mechanisms is one of the important means to maximize the creative potential of technical professionals for an enterprise. In addition to the conventional material reward, those should be considered such as alignment of personal objectives with those of enterprise, creation of a fair competition environment, implementation of moral inspiration mechanisms, provision of a harmonious work environment and complete restriction system. Analysis is provided in six respects.
