文章认为对北京官话北疆片有应予重新认识之必要;在对北京官话北疆片进行整体审视后,得出它不可能形成方言的认识,从而认定:要确定其代表话已经不大合宜;另外,还以北疆重镇克拉玛依为例,分析这里北京官话的形成,进而否定克拉玛依话称为北京官话北疆片代表话的可能.

This article firstly points out the re-cognitive necessity to Beijing Mandarin Dialect in North Xinjiang Area,and then through a general survey of Beijing Mandarin Dialect in North Xinjiang Area,makes a conclusion that it can not form a variant.Hence the essay is hereby to confirm that it is not suitable to maintain Beijing Mandarin Dialect in North Xinjiang Area as a representative variant.In addition,the treatise takes Keramay,one of the most important cities in North Xinjiang,as an example to analyze the formation of Beijing Mandarin Dialect in this place,further denying the possibility that Keramay dialect is used as the representative variant of Beijing Mandarin Dialect in North Xinjiang Area.
