摘要
在中小学少数民族'双语'教师培训中,必须认真研究双语教学、'双语'教师的性质,弄清少数民族'双语'教师培训的意义,由此才能充分认识'双语'教师培训的现状并提出相应对策,为进一步做好'双语'教师培训奠定扎实基础.
In the course of training on the bilingual teachers of ethnic minorities, researches have to be reinforced to make clear the characters of bilingual teaching and the signification of training on bilingual teachers, and get to know the status of training to prepare a smooth way to the further training work.
