摘要
语文新课程标准的制定、推行出现了一些新情况,如何看待、认识、实施语文新课标,当前在校中小学生语言文字基本功情况如何,师范院校在校学生的语言文字基本功能力怎样,诸如此类问题是从事语言研究工作者所应关心的问题.文章从语文新课标的解读、语言文字使用中存在的问题、产生的原因、解决问题的思路等方面探讨语言基础知识教学与教师教育的关系,以期得到从事语文教学的教育者关注.
In the process of the establishment and implementation of new standard of Chinese language course,some problems come forth.Issues as how to look on and implement the new standard,what are the language levels of elementary & middle school students and what are the language levels and abilities of normal school students are all questions that language researchers concern.The essay claps eyes on the understanding of the new standard,the problems in the course of implementation,the causes of these problems and solutions to these problems.It also discusses the relationship between language teaching and teachers' training.
