摘要
分析了信息化时代在校大学生信息素质的现状,结合数字图书馆的特征,论述了信息素质教育的必要性及开展素质教育的几种途径。
The article analysises the present status of university students' information literacy in the information times,indicates the character of the digital library,and describes the necessity of information literacy instruction and some accesses to the development of quality education.
