On the Influences of Technical Trade Barrier on our Export and its Countermeasures

技术性贸易壁垒已成为抑制我国出口贸易的第一大壁垒。我们应利用WTO/TBT的有关规定,实施“以质取胜”的战略,发展环保产业,完善我国标准化体系、认证体系和技术法规,建立预警机制和快速反应机制等,积极应对。

Technical trade barrier has become one of the biggest barriers in controlling our export trade.With the relating rules in WTO/TBT, we should carry out the strategy of quality first,develop environmental protection industry,improve our standardization system etc.,and establish early warning mechanism and quick response mechanism to deal with it positively.
