摘要
企业管理必须坚持辩证法,处理好管理的正效应和负效应、目的和手段、全局与局部、立制与执行、继承与创新、精确与模糊、集体领导与个人负责等内在辩证关系。
Enterprise management should stick to dialectics: deal with the relationship between positive effect and negative effect,aim and means,overall and partial,lay down regulations and execution,inheritance and creation,accuracy and vagueness,collective leadership and individual responsibility etc.
