摘要
财务危机是企业无法产生足够的现金流量来满足资本所有者的要求而引起的拮据和困难。企业管理失误、利润波动大等都可能招致财务危机的产生。企业管理人员应对防范财务危机采取必要的措施。
Financial crisis is the dilemma in which the enterprise can not have enough funds circulation to the needs of capital owner.The failure in management and the big fluctuation of profits are the causes of financial crisis.The management staffs should effective measures to be on guard against it.
