摘要
知识型企业是一个有机生命体。基于知识型企业生命体模型的分析,根据知识型企业生命体的特点,从财务、顾客、知识与智力、创新能力四个方面构建一套动态的绩效测评指标。
Knowledge-based enterprise is living organization. Based on the analysis of model of this enterprise,according to their characteristics,we can construct a series of dynamic performance evaluation index from finance,customers,knowledge and intellect,and creative ability.
