摘要
随着我国证券市场的逐步发展,金融风险逐年增高,其深层次原因是证券市场交易主体之间的信息不对称,其主要成因有体制性因素,监管因素,交易主体素质因素等。
With the development of our stock market,financial risk is on the rise gradually,the causes of which,on deeper level,are information unsymmetry among the dealing main parts.The main contributing factors are systematic,supervisory and the quality of dealing main parts.
