摘要
教师的教学反思和教学行为是紧密联系的。外语教师要对已有的知识、教学理念等进行反思,合理控制课程设计和教学过程,并对教学行为进行有效评价,以明确课堂教学改进的方向和措施。
Teachers' reflective pedagogical thinking is closely related to their teaching behavior.Foreign language teachers should reflect on the already mastered knowledge and teaching concepts,reasonably control course design and teaching process,and effectively evaluate teaching behavior to make clear the orientation and measures of improving teaching.
