摘要
要做好人才培养工作,必须遵循坚持根本、明确目标,强化教育、依法管理,因材施教、培养骨干的原则。
To do the work of cultivating talents well,we should follow the principles of sticking to the fundamental,knowing the aim clearly,strengthening education,managing by law,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and cultivating the mainstay.
