摘要
通过对多层砖混结构住宅楼板开裂及房屋顶层墙裂缝的主客观原因的分析,提出了一些防治墙体裂缝的处理措施和房屋基础设计应以建筑场地工程地质勘察资料为依据。
This paper analyzes the causes of the cracks existing in the floor and roof walls of multi-layers masonry concrete house. Some methods were proposed to reduce the cracks in the wall. These methods and the basic structure design should be based on the original engineering geology reconnaissance data measured of the building.
